Take any cover stick and cover whatever needs to be covered, like spots, red areas, tired areas, like the skin under your eyes. After this put on some foundation one or two shades lighter than your tone(You can actually use any shade, but pin up girls do often look very pale). This step is optional, but it would often give you a better finish.

Now to the eyes! You will easily find good video tutorials, but else wise: 4
Start out with a light colour, preferably a glittery white, and spread it lightly all over your eyelid all the way to the eyebrow 5
Blend in a medium brown colour in the crease of the eye. 6
Add some very dark brown, or black on the end of the crease. You'll have to blend a lot after this. 7
With a fluid eyeliner, make a thin line over the eyelashes, and finish it of catlike. 8
There’s an unwritten makeup rule that says either you focus on the eyes, or you focus on the lips. A pinup girl look focuses on the lips, so don't over do the eyes! 9
Darken your eyebrows with a brown eyeliner to create a glamourous youthful look. You can also use brown mascara to create this effect. 10
With a dark pink or a red lip liner, draw a line on the exact outline of your lips. After that its about the filling! Now fill in with a red lipstick. The shade depends on which effect your going for, but the signature shade would be a strong red. You'd be better of using a brush to apply the lipstick than putting it on directly from the stick. 11
Finish of with some gloss on top of the red. 12
